I'm the broker behind demir.loans, based in Ramsgate and lending Australia-wide. The person you chat with first is the same person who gets you to settlement.
I'm Sydney born and raised, with Turkish roots. I grew up out west, spent more than 15 years as a barista in Bondi, and now call the St George area home. Somewhere in there I studied chemistry, which left me with a habit of checking the numbers twice.
I've been in lending for 4 years. I spent 3 of them as a credit analyst for a mortgage broker, the person behind the scenes making sure an application stacks up before a lender ever sees it. From there I moved into broking with a major brokerage in Ramsgate, and now I run demir.loans for myself.
Fifteen years of coffee teaches you to remember names, listen properly and get the order right. I bring the same approach to home loans, just with more paperwork.
I started demir.loans to make the loan the easy part. A mortgage shouldn't feel like a second job, so I carry the paperwork, the chasing and the jargon, and leave you the keys.
